Warehouse & Receiving Specialist

DPI Staffing is hiring a Warehouse and Receiving Specialist to support a public sector customer in the Gresham area. APPLY NOW Pay: $20 to $23 per hour DOE Location: Gresham , OR Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Schedule includes two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch Duties include, but are not limited to: • Receive incoming equipment, materials, and supplies at the warehouse • Inspect shipments for visible damage and sign delivery receipts as needed • Deliver supplies and equipment to designated departments and locations • Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outgoing shipments • Maintain receiving records, inventory logs, and storage documentation • Communicate with carriers regarding incoming and outgoing deliveries • Track surplus equipment and maintain storage location records • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles as required • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment • Complete daily maintenance logs for warehouse equipment Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred • Experience handling packages and maintaining basic inventory records • Ability to operate a forklift, manual pallet jack, and electric pallet jack • Ability to safely operate a manual transmission vehicle • Valid driver's license • Clean driving record • Ability to successfully pass a background check • Basic computer proficiency including email, Excel, and Word APPLY NOW About DPI Staffing DPI Staffing, a division of The DPI Group, offers temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire job opportunities with top employers.
