Position: Warehouse Supervisor Location : Phoenix, AZ (West Side - Freeport Industrial area) Duration : Direct Hire Hours : 6 AM - 3:30-4 PM (Avg per week 45-50 hours) Pay Rate: $70-80K MUST HAVES: USC or Green Card | High School & 5+ YOE within warehouse management & international shipping Experience with ERP Systems (Dynamics, Oracle, IFF, SAP, etc) Heavy transaction management - 80% of the role Role Summary This position is responsible for directing the daytoday activities of the warehouse, including oversight of personnel, inventory movements, and shipping/receiving operations. The role serves as the primary link between warehouse functions and other departments across Magnetics and the broader corporate organization. The supervisor ensures accurate, efficient, and timely processing of inbound materials, outbound shipments, and internal transfers while maintaining safety, compliance, and staffing performance standards. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the department's advanced user for ERP transactions, performing and troubleshooting complex system activities related to warehouse operations. Establish and maintain inventory locations, conduct and manage cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and ERP data. Oversee the physical upkeep of the warehouse by inspecting equipment, initiating repair requests, and coordinating replacements when necessary. Identify process, system, or quality issues and work with appropriate internal or external contacts to resolve them promptly. Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments-domestic and international-are executed in compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. Monitor changes in warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements to ensure ongoing compliance, and advise management on any required updates. Uphold standards related to safety, operational efficiency, quality, and facility permits. Maintain accurate safety documentation and ensure all employees maintain proper certifications and training. Protect warehouse property and inventory by implementing and enforcing security practices. Assign daily tasks, create work schedules, and monitor team productivity. Support staffing activities including hiring, onboarding, and training new employees; complete performance assessments. Provide handson leadership by coaching, counseling, and maintaining consistent accountability aligned with company policies. Foster a cooperative, productive, and nonunion work environment. Required Skills and Competencies Proficiency with ERP platforms and computerized inventory systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead teams effectively and motivate staff. Strong customer service mindset. Solid planning, organization, and timemanagement abilities. Capability to lift up to 35 pounds.
