Job Description

Warehouse Administrator We are seeking a dedicated Office Admin (Logistics/Distribution) to join our team, focusing on warehouse logistics and data management. The role involves a dynamic combination of office tasks and hands-on shop floor work. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate warehouse logistics. Perform data entry tasks with precision. Utilize Excel at an intermediate level (formulas). Engage with third-party logistics to ensure efficient operations. Assist on the shop floor as needed to support warehouse activities. Essential Skills: Proficiency in Excel, particularly intermediate-level functions. Strong data entry skills. Experience with third-party logistics is preferred, but we can train. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work collaboratively in both office and shop floor environments. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irwindale, CA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
