Responsibilities: Maintain and repair production machinery, peripheral equipment, and plant utilities using mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding skills. Troubleshoot and perform routine adjustments and repairs on industrial equipment to support production schedules. Identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently using strong diagnostic skills. Disassemble machinery to inspect for worn or broken parts; repair or replace components using stocked parts or by fabricating/manufacturing replacements as needed. Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure proper function, safety, quality, and production standards. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication, to maintain equipment reliability. Dismantle, evaluate, and rebuild machinery when necessary. Uncrate, install, and relocate new or existing equipment as required. Assist with planning by identifying needed parts and work, entering notifications and updates into Emaint. Perform high-quality welding, including TIG and MIG techniques. Execute manufacturing equipment changeovers efficiently and safely. Perform minor building repairs and outdoor maintenance as needed. Other duties as assigned. Required Experience: Driver's License High school diploma or vocational school training. Must have a background in food production. Experience with mechanical systems and maintenance. Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required. Authorized to work legally in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Millwright certification. Technical training with relevant equipment. Experience with high-speed equipment. Benefits: Dental insurance. Health insurance.
