Job Description

Summary Provides general labor support for the receiving department in a warehouse with a variety of clerical activities and physical tasks, must be capable of lifting 50lbs and below. Essential Functions Reviews and organizes all receiving orders, including domestic and export Capable of clerical work while providing physical support to the operation Order expediting with email communication and daily workload Assists with updating and managing repack/repackaging schedules Able to utilize receiving inventory and various office software programs Assist with all logistic related order issues Able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends if needed Ability to provide excellent customer service Other duties as assigned by manager Minimum Qualifications Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Data entry Analytical Critical thinking Strong organizational skills Customer service experience Detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to new computer systems Microsoft Office experience required
