What You'll Earn: $90,000-$110,000/year for full-time roles, based on experience Top pay for RNs with OASIS and home health expertise Performance bonuses based on productivity - you control your upside Top per-visit rates for PRN for experiences nurses Mileage reimbursement, PTO, health insurance, and more (for eligible roles) What You'll Do: Perform Start of Care, Recertification, and Discharge OASIS assessments Manage a home health caseload with clinical autonomy Collaborate closely with our supportive, nurse-led leadership team Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills What We're Looking For: Active RN license in Colorado Home health and OASIS experience preferred - the more the better Reliable, organized, clinically sound, and patient-centered We're hiring now.
