Heartfelt Connections Home Care is seeking an outstanding Flexible Caregiver! Who is mature, compassionate, and dependable caregivers with a flexible schedule. A caregiver that is available to be on call, work anytime of the day, and willing to work weekends. Our mission to provide quality heartfelt care to seniors and others with physical limitations in our client's home. Also, deliver on our Heartfelt promise by owning the clients experience, ensuring that you strive to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families. Typical duties include: • Assistance with ADLs (Activities of daily living) • Prepare and serve meals and/or snacks • Transfer/Mobility Assistance • May remind client of medication • Light Housekeeping (linen changes, laundry, dishes, sweep, mop, meal prep) • Shopping, errands, and transportation which could include visits to doctor appointments, friends, family members, stores, church) • Provide Companionship to client Job Types: Floater (PRN) Weekends On call Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older (maturity is a must) • Driver's license and social security Card or government issued ID • Own transportation and the capability to transport clients • Ability to pass a background check • CPR/First Aid certified • Proof of negative TB test within in last 12 months (preferred) • Genuine care for others and the willingness to learn Must be willing to travel at least 30 to 40 minutes Benefits: • Internal growth options • Incentive/Attendance Bonuses • Flexible Schedules • Weekly paycheck deposit • Paid training and PPE provided Work schedule On call Supplemental pay Other
