Shipping Associate

Shipping Associate TWENTY2 is a female-led, high-end private label wallpaper and textiles production company. As a full-service partner, our design-driven team provides development and manufacturing expertise for private label collections and custom projects. We put our knowledge to work for our partnerswhen they succeed, so do we. TWENTY2 is seeking a full-time Shipping Associate to join our Shipping Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The role is both physical and computer-based, requiring extended periods on your feet and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A typical day includes: Picking, packing, and shipping custom wallpaper and textile orders Collaborating with Customer Support to resolve shipping-related inquiries Supporting departmental operations, including inventory, stocking, workspace upkeep, and light facilities-related tasks Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are paid for a full 8-hour workday; this schedule is inclusive of a 30-minute meal period. Key responsibilities include: Packing wallpaper and textile orders to high company standards Using company systems to process orders and generate shipping labels Reviewing packing slips and order details to ensure accuracy for domestic and international shipments Partnering with Customer Support to address shipping inquiries in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner Ensuring all orders ship on time or ahead of schedule Receiving and distributing incoming small parcels to appropriate stock locations, departments, or team members Operating equipment such as rolling ladders and pallet jacks Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assisting with inventory organization and departmental upkeep Supporting light facilities needs as required (e.g., trash, general maintenance coordination, exterior upkeep) Performing other related duties to support the Shipping and Facilities department Qualifications include: 2-3 years of professional shipping experience Customer service experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to follow direction and work both independently and collaboratively Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to safely use rolling ladders and other small equipment Ability to learn and navigate internal software systems Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills Every department at TWENTY2 values precision and attention to detail.
