Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Required Competencies • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) • Functional Testing • Regression Testing & Automation knowledge • Agile Good to Have Competencies • Utility Knowledge, CC&B Knowledge Required Technical Skill Set • Interactive Voice Response (IVR), AI Voice BOT Testing, LLM Testing. • LLM Testing • ASR - Speech-to-Text Testing • NLU - Intent Recognition and Entity Extraction Testing • Dialog Management Testing • NLG Testing • TTS - Text-to-Speech Testing • Integration Testing End-to-End Flow - individual components tested to make sure the entire pipeline works seamlessly? • Functional Testing All • Security And Compliance Testing Roles & Responsibilities • Hands On Testing -IVR Application • All Testing deliverables- as IVR Test Lead (Test Plan, Test Case, Test Scenario, Test Data preparation, Test Result) • Onsite-Offshore Team. Hand-Over Take-Over • Daily Scrum, Test Call, Design Sessions, Requirement Sessions, Production Validation etc. as per project need. • Agile • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report Salary Range $100,000-$130,000 year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
