Pay: Starting at $16.50 per hour Shift Hours: 2nd Shift Monday to Thursday, 4 PM to 2:30 AM. If you choose to work on Fridays, the shift will be from 2 PM to 10:30 PM. Path to Full-Time: Convert to full-time status after just 520 hours of dedicated work! Key Responsibilities: Efficiently load and unload products within the warehouse. Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Reliable Transportation: You must have consistent means of transport to and from work. Employment Status: Currently employed or have been employed within the last six months. Background Check: No felony convictions; misdemeanors will be evaluated, with a focus on the nature of the offense. Aptitude Testing: Successful completion of an aptitude test with a minimum score of 80% is required prior to the interview. Work Authorization: Must be legally permitted to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Professionalism: Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a neat appearance are vital. Experience: Must have dual forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) and be proficient in using RF scanners or WebRF systems. Why Join Us?
