What We Offer Competitive salary Generous PTO Comprehensive benefits package Quick start date Supportive and collaborative team environment Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' psychiatric and overall health needs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team Administer medications and monitor patients for effectiveness and potential side effects Provide medication management and education to patients and families Provide skilled nursing care when needed, including treatments such as wound care, medication management, and other medical interventions in accordance with the patient's plan of care Provide education and support to patients and families regarding psychiatric conditions, medications, and treatment plans Monitor patient progress and document findings in compliance with home health and regulatory standards Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care Advocate for patients while promoting mental health wellness and recovery in the home setting Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona 12 years of psychiatric nursing experience preferred Home Health experience is a plus Ability to provide both psychiatric care and skilled nursing treatments in the home setting Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently in the field Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach Join Haven Home Health and help deliver high-quality psychiatric care while also providing skilled nursing support to patients in the comfort of their homes.
