This role offers the opportunity to practice in a fast-paced urgent care setting treating patients of all ages, supported by experienced clinical staff and strong operational infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care Order and interpret labs and imaging Manage occupational health visits Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas license (PA or NP) PA: NCCPA certification NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP required) Active DEA license or ability to obtain BLS certification Ability to treat patients of all ages DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered) Preferred Qualifications Urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-track experience Strong procedural skills Experience with x-ray interpretation prior to radiology over-read Compensation & Benefits $60 $80/hour (based on experience) + bonus Full benefits package Malpractice coverage CME/licensure reimbursement If you are looking for an opportunity that offers clinical autonomy, strong support, and a flexible schedule, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
