Tersus Solutions | Englewood, Colorado | Full-Time, On-Site The Role As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations including material movement, inventory handling, and product processing. This role is hands-on and physical, requiring attention to detail, reliability, and a strong team mindset. You will help ensure products move efficiently through our facility while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, move, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload shipments and transport materials within the facility Assist with sorting, staging, and preparing products for processing or shipment Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Support team members and supervisors with general warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications Required Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per shift Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds Forklift experience required with proper certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong work ethic and reliability Team-oriented mindset and attention to detail Good to Have Proficiency in English and Spanish.
