To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 773870 Sorter - 3rd Shift (Overnight) Location: Geneva, IL Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM | Overtime as needed Pay Rate: 18.00/Hr. We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Sorters to join our 3rd shift team in Geneva, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for visually inspecting and sorting parts, performing measurements with gauges, and ensuring that products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage. This is a full-time overnight position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Inspect parts visually for defects and ensure quality standards are met Use attribute and variable gauges to check product accuracy Identify and separate good, defective, and suspect parts Record quantities processed and complete required paperwork/data entry Load, unload, and move parts/materials (forklift use required) Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area Participate in training, team problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with other duties as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally Apply today to join our overnight team in Geneva, IL!
