We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic and collaborative accounting team. Primary Responsibilities (Full-Cycle Accounts Payable) Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency Perform purchase order (PO) matching and ensure proper documentation Manage and process check requests and payment approvals Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure timely payments Additional Responsibilities Assist with 1099 processing and reporting Reconcile vendor aging reports and resolve discrepancies Support corporate-level account reconciliations Coordinate with internal teams including Grizzly on rental billings Assist with process improvements and workflow management Desired Experience Level We are open to Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Accounts Payable professionals. The team is looking to build a strong mix of experienced AP specialists and individuals looking to grow their AP foundation. This manager actively trains and cross-trains team members to ensure strong development and coverage across responsibilities. Qualifications Experience Strong purchase order processing experience CMiC experience highly preferred Construction industry experience a plus Technical Skills Strong Excel skills Comfortable working within accounting and ERP systems Soft Skills Excellent attention to detail Strong workflow management and organization Collaborative team player Proactive mindset with initiative to solve problems Why This Opportunity?
