If you are interested in this Accounts Payable Lead position, please contact Lindsay at 5867107959 or Accounts Payable Lead Compensation The pay for this position is $37.41 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Accounts Payable Lead Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a hybrid schedule (Tuesdays in office; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday remote) Accounts Payable Lead Responsibilities Manage centralized Accounts Payable function, including vendor relations and invoice coding Serve as liaison between A/P processing teams, vendors, and field operations Respond to Accounts Payable inquiries Review and process invoices into ledgers, records, and databases Reconcile vendor statements and general ledger for missing invoices at month end Oversee vendor credit applications Audit A/P distribution journals for coding errors Train Accounts Payable support staff Prepare audit requests and financial data reports Prepare manual journal entries as needed Perform additional assigned duties Accounts Payable Lead Requirements Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience Five or more years of Accounts Payable experience Experience working with large ERP Accounts Payable systems Strong computer and business software skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Accounts Payable Lead Preferred Qualifications Prior leadership or supervisory experience Experience supporting audits and financial reporting processes If you think this Accounts Payable Lead position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!  If you are interested in this Accounts Payable Lead position, please contact Lindsay at 5867107959
