Material Handler

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Material Handler to join our cutting-edge manufacturing team in Norwalk Connecticut. This role is critical to maintaining efficient production flow, accurate inventory control, and on-time customer shipments. The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP experience, forklift experience, and experience cleaning, preparing, and packaging materials for shipment. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders Accurately enter and track inventory transactions in SAP Stage raw materials and finished goods for production and shipment Clean, prepare, and package materials according to company and customer specifications Label, palletize, and secure shipments to ensure safe transport Maintain organized inventory locations and perform cycle counts Support production teams by ensuring timely delivery of materials to workstations Follow all safety regulations and company policies Assist with shipping documentation and carrier coordination as needed Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience using SAP for inventory management and transaction processing Valid forklift certification and proven forklift operating experience Experience cleaning, packaging, and preparing materials for shipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse scanning systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Hours are Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm $23/hr Additional Information Please select "Apply Online" to submit your application for this position.
