This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity designed to help you develop the skills needed to become a skilled assembler through guided training, classroom instruction, and real production experience.What You'll Do Rotate through key production departments, including sealing and coating Learn blueprint reading and the proper use of assembly tools Participate in classroom training, job shadowing, and hands-on instruction Work collaboratively with team members to assemble shelters and component parts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs Work Environment Overtime opportunities available Non-climate-controlled, moderately loud manufacturing facility Required PPE: steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and long pants Clean, well-organized work areas within a secure and professional campus Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallastown, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
