Job Opportunity: Hygienist What We Offer: - 2-4 weeks onboarding and training program for all new hygienists - Our average hygienist sees only 6-7 patients a day - Starting base pay between $43-50/hr based on experience and skill set - We pay to laser certify all our hygienists - Our new compensation model allows hygienists to be compensated similar to doctor - Our hygienists have daily production compensation - No limit to hourly pay and additional compensation - Technology includes digital x-rays, digital panos, CBCT, laser, iTero scans, and AI integration into x-rays - Quarterly bonuses that allow high performing hygienist to make more than $55-$65/hr - Paid CPR and Nitrous Certifications - Innovative technology and software - Paid holidays - Paid time off immediately upon offer - Medical, dental, vision - Short and long term disability - 401k - No weekends - Full-time hygienist can make $100,000-$150,000+/year in our high care, low patient volume model We Are Looking For: - Team members with 1+ years of experience - Meets our core values (Integrity, Mastery, Positivity, Accountability, Compassion, & Trust) - Team members in great cultures - Previous experience with doctors and teams - Proficient in Excel and Microsoft - Looking for growth opportunities including Lead RDH - Punctual and leads by example - Desire to be a motivational person - Comfortable in busy offices We strive to take care of our team members Position Requirements: - Active Texas RDH license - CPR Certified - Reliable form of transportation
