Aerospace Soldering Assembler Location: Lynnwood, WA Pay Rate: $27.61$32 per hour Job Type: Permanent Available Shifts 1st Shift: MondayFriday, 5:00 AM1:30 PM 2nd Shift: MondayFriday, 2:30 PM11:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Soldering Assembler to join our team in an aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has experience soldering on PCBs, reading and following blueprints, and working independently while adhering to military, industry, and company standards. Responsibilities Perform electronic soldering assemblies Read and interpret production prints, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and written instructions. Perform surface mount and thru hole soldering Soldering under a microscope is a plus (not needed) Prepare, clean, mark, and inspect components and completed assemblies Conduct tests on assemblies to ensure functionality Follow all safety protocols, including procedures for handling hazardous materials. Perform inventory responsibilities and repair or rework defective or returned assemblies. Essential Skills Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. IPC J-STD fine soldering certification or 3+ equivalent documented soldering experience Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Lynnwood, WA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $53269.00 - $68452.00/yr.
