Position: Full-time / Permanent Shift: 1st Shift Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour Location: Chicopee, MA Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate molding and assembly machinery following documented procedures Inspect product throughout the shift and stop production when specifications are not met Track production, downtime, scrap, and any machine adjustments Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area Use calibrated measuring tools to verify product standards Follow break/lunch schedules and department coverage plans Understand and adhere to ISO procedures and quality policy Properly mark and segregate non-conforming products Wear appropriate attire and follow all safety/handling protocols Skills & Qualifications: Proven ability to follow documented processes Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Verbal and written communication skills; bilingual a plus Quality-focused with a proactive mindset Team-oriented with a positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Disclosure:Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
