Applicants should have three or more years of nursing experience and the ability to come in and work with minimal direction or supervision. Day shift 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation. Not to exceed 40 hours a week. Home Health patients are seen in their home which can include assisted living or adult foster home.Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to Home Health patients. Ensure proper patient documentation and support care plans.Requirements: BLS certification. Home Health experience preferred. Must have their own automobile for work.
