Dishwasher - Hit Parader Live (Nashville, TN) Hit Parader Live is a new supper-club-style venue located in the heart of Nashville where rock & roll attitude meets elevated hospitality. Inspired by the iconic Hit Parader Magazine and the legacy of music's golden eras, our venue will host live performances, celebrity after-parties, private events, and unforgettable nights of food, drinks, and music. At Hit Parader Live, we are looking for a dishwasher that shows pride in their work by exhibiting strengths in organization, cleanliness, and time management. This role is a huge support to the kitchen staff as they manage high volume tickets. So good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are a must! Key Responsibilities Thoroughly wash and restock dishes, pots, pans, and flatware for the kitchen Assist in cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, and mixers. Follow proper sanitation methods to clean and disinfect kitchen workstations. Take on janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks to include shelf organization, taking out trash, and floor sweeping/mopping. Become educated on and implement compliance of Health Department standards. Ideal Candidate Must be 18 years of age Strong work ethic and problem solving skills Must be able to stay organized and maintain clean spaces Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures Ability to hold/lift/carry a maximum weight of 50lbs Must be able to work in a space with live music and manage service with louder decibel levels Ability to stand for long periods of time, navigate stairs and uneven surfaces in a dimly lit environment Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
