Your duties will consist of assisting the service and culinary departments and providing world-class customer service to our teams and families that visit our complex. Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment. • Clean appliances and machines. • Empty and cleaning trash receptacles. • Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment. • Receive and put away deliveries of clean dishes and supplies. • Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the kitchen team. • Great organizational skills. • Knowledge of food safety. • Other kitchen tasks as required. Qualifications: • Ability to place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on both low and high shelves. • Ability to work in hot and damp environments. • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. • Ability to remain calm under stressful situations. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to listen to and follow directions. Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements: • Able to move at least 40 pounds. • Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours. #twparttime
