General Labor The General Labor Worker supports daily operations in a steel pipe and tubular products facility. This role involves handling materials, assisting with production processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key responsibilities include: Load, unload, and move steel pipes and materials within the yard or warehouse Assist with cutting, threading, coating, or preparing pipe for shipment Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided as needed) Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including removing debris and scrap materials Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Support machine operators, welders, and other skilled workers as needed Inspect materials for damage or defects before processing or shipping Perform general yard duties, including organizing inventory and staging materials Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic knowledge of tools or construction/manufacturing experience preferred Work environment: Industrial/warehouse setting with exposure to heavy equipment and materials Fast-paced, hands-on work environment May involve working around machinery, noise, and outdoor elements Benefits include: Weekly pay $5 prescription drugs $5 doctor's visit copays Free teledoctor service Free counseling services Life insurance included Vision insurance included Dental insurance included Vacation and holiday pay Scholarship opportunities 401(k) retirement plan Free legal services Our unbeatable employee discount program
