Job Description SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTIONConstruction Background & Experience with Complex Commercial Projects of $80MIL plus Ground Up Projects Needed! This is a permanent full-time role on Metro area projects. The role of the Superintendent is to oversee the actions and construction activities of sometimes multiple projects or a very complex project worksite valued at $80MIL plus. They will provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction on large scale commercial projects in the Metro area. The candidate will be responsible for all personnel on jobsites, activities of a construction projects ranging from start-up to punch-out.
