LIVE-IN/Paid Roommate Caregiver Madison, WILive with and support 2 men with developmental disabilities in their homeFree RentMust be at home Sunday-Thursday overnights 10p-8:30a (Sunday starts at 9p)Responsibilities: Build a trusting relationship with the men based on respect, empathy, and understanding Follow individualized support plans to make sure they get what they need to be safe Help one of the men with personal care and ambulation; the other with reminders for hygiene Help with the morning routine, healthy meals, and cleaning Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin driver license, clean driver record, and adequate liability coverage in order to drive your own vehicle Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion, patience, and understanding of individuals with diverse needs What you get when you work for us!
