Accounts Receivable Specialist

Due to our growth, we are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Denver. You will be responsible for processing payments, posting checks, contacting past due customers to ensure they have received the invoice, resending invoices, sending letters, contacting customers by phone and e-mail, and helping customers make payment arrangements. You must ensure that customer contact is documented and that payment deadlines are met. You should have a high attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
