Skills That Count Previous cleanroom experience strongly preferred Prior medical device, electronics, or small part assembly experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small components Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking Able to lift 25 lbs. On the Floor Perform precision assembly of medical device components in a controlled cleanroom environment Follow strict cleanroom gowning procedures including hair nets, gloves, masks, lab coats, and other protective garments Adhere to contamination control protocols to maintain sterile production standers Read and follow detailed work instructions, disarms, and assembly procedures Use small hand tools, tweezers, microscopes, or magnification equipment when assembling delicate components Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards Accurately complete production and quality documentation Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times Follow Good Manufacturing practices (GMP) and company safety standards Fuel for Your Wallet & Your Future Paydays that hit weekly, no waiting Health, dental, vision, and life insurance - all in 401(k) option to stash some savings "They are a good company, always has work.
