Be part of an expanding headquarters team Gain exposure to a high-volume, multi-state retail environment Opportunity for growth within accounting and finance What You'll Do As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will support the day-to-day AP function and process a high volume of vendor invoices using our AP automation platform. Your responsibilities will include: Processing vendor invoices (coding, keying, and payment reconciliation) Matching invoices to purchase orders Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies Responding to vendor inquiries in a timely, professional manner Reconciling vendor statements Supporting check runs and payment processing Maintaining organized files and documentation Assisting with month-end and year-end processing This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment. Requirements High school diploma required; Associate degree in Business or Accounting preferred 1+ year of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience preferred Experience with accounting software a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Effective verbal and written communication skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently Who You Are You're dependable, detail-focused, and take pride in getting things right.
