Primary Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying living areas) Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed Deliver care according to the individualized care plan set by the Case Manager Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or environment to the office Accurately document care provided using agency systems and daily notes Maintain a safe and clean home environment for clients Follow all agency policies, procedures, and professional standards Participate in ongoing training and team communication initiatives Requirements Qualifications Experience in caregiving, home care, or senior care required Experience assisting with ADLs and personal care Ability to cook, clean, and manage basic household tasks CNA certification preferred but not required Background in nursing home, assisted living, or facility settings a plus Reliable transportation and strong communication skills Is This You?
