Accounts Receivable Manager Manages and maintains accurate customer accounts, ensures timely collection of payments, and supports the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Essential Functions: Prepares, reviews, and sends accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner. Responds promptly to customer inquiries regarding invoices, statements, and account balances. Records and applies customer payments, ensuring proper allocation to accounts. Monitors aging reports, follows up on overdue accounts, and resolves payment discrepancies. Reconciles customer accounts and resolves any billing or payment issues. Generates AR reports, analyzes trends, and provides updates to management. Ensures adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Education Requirement: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred. Skills: Analytical and organizational skills required to identify and resolve operational issues (procedural or systems). Strong interpersonal, customer service, written and oral communications skills. Ability to maintain confidential information. Experience: Two years of experience in accounting, required Accounts receivable experience, preferred. Windows based integrated accounting software experience and strong aptitude for other software programs including Microsoft Office suite, required.
