LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Sarasota, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/04/2026 Duration: 20 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required Skilled home care experience required OASIS training and experience required Private duty nursing experience alone will not be accepted Certifications: BCLS required COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Flu Vaccine: Unknown (must have flu shot or declination; mask required if applicable) Licensure & Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license Personal vehicle required for home visits Clinical Skills: IV therapy skills Wound care (including wound vac) Experience with general medical diagnoses High-risk diagnoses experience required: Heart Failure (HF) COPD Myocardial Infarction (MI) Pneumonia Stroke Post-operative care Patient Care Skills: Cardiopulmonary assessment ABI compression dressing Pleurx/Asept drain care Foley catheter insertion, change, and care Staple/suture removal Glucometer use Pro-time machine use SQ/IM injections Lab draws and venipuncture PICC line or Midline care and dressing changes SQ port access/de-access Work Schedule & Productivity Visits: 6–8 home visits per day Shift Options: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday shifts Alternating weekend shifts required Schedule and visits are self-managed based on HomeCare office needs Work Environment & Tools Skilled Home Care setting (Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial insurance) Equipment provided: Laptop, MiFi (internet access), portable printer Documentation systems: BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet Additional Information Locals accepted at same rate Scrub color: Any solid color PJ -HC (3223094) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
