Warehouse Coordinator Location: Tualatin, OR. In-person 6 months - possible extension Potential to convert to FTE: Yes Hours: M-F 7am - 4pm Interview Process: 1st round phone screen 2nd round in person with a site tour Client will also run concurrent background screen through hire right upon acceptance Why is this role open? Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: PPE needs - Safety glasses - Steel toed boots - Work pants Work will be done in a clean room environment at times Team Overview: Working with supervisor and/or independently Resource's typical working day: Data entry into inventory system Daily safety meeting Inventory - Organizing - Labeling - Counting Part runs Must Have Skills: Experience with pallet jacks Nice to have skills: Forklift experience highly preferred Warehouse operations Years of Experience: 2-5 years Education h.s. diploma or Client Software skills: Basic Excel experience Role Overview The MRO Stockroom Inventory Clerk will support the successful implementation and configuration of the Tririga Inventory Module by conducting comprehensive data collection, validation, and organization across multiple MRO stockroom environments. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory records, clean data inputs, and a well-organized materials management structure that aligns with project requirements and operational standards. Primary Objective To gather, validate, and prepare inventory-related data to support Tririga system configuration and to maintain orderly, efficient MRO stockroom operations. Key Responsibilities • Collect, document, and verify inventory data including part numbers, descriptions, cycle counts, material specifications, and location details. • Validate data accuracy against existing warehouse records, vendor documentation, and system databases. • Prepare inventory datasets for upload into WMS/CMMS environments, ensuring audit-ready quality. • Organize, label, and maintain MRO satellite stockroom locations in alignment with company standards. • Arrange and optimize shelving, bins, and racking systems to support efficient inventory flow. • Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and easily identifiable. • Assist with receiving, staging, and dispatching parts and supplies as needed. • Collaborate cross-functionally with facilities, maintenance, procurement, and project teams to support inventory improvements and operational readiness. • Maintain clear, accurate documentation throughout all inventory processes. Candidate Profile Warehouse / MRO Experience • Hands-on experience with warehouse operations, MRO stock management, material flow, and location lifecycle processes. • Strong understanding of stock counts, inventory movement procedures, and standard operating protocols. Technical Competency • Experience working in a facilities maintenance or technical operations environment. • Familiarity with WMS/CMMS platforms, preferably including data workflows relevant to Tririga. • Ability to extract, analyze, and prepare data for system integration. Excel Proficiency • Skilled in advanced Excel functions including: o Data cleaning and validation o Import/export processes Additional Attributes • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and documentation skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
