Your daily responsibilities will include: Assisting in cabinet assembly Loading and unloading materials and parts into machinery Hand sanding wood products Supporting paint sprayers in the finishing booth Performing general assembly tasks Maintaining a clean and organized work area Operating and tending automatic spray lines Collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment Standing for extended periods throughout the shift What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience: General labor experience Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Work history in production, construction, or manufacturing Ability to accurately measure using a tape measure Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or related experience Assembly and basic carpentry skills Additional Helpful Skills: Experience with loading/unloading materials Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently Why You'll Love Working HereWe're not just offering a job-we're offering a career path.
