In this role, you will provide essential support across administration, HR, and payroll, while partnering closely with office staff, field employees, supervisors, and leadership. What Youll Do Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and internal teams Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communication in a professional and timely manner Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, forms, and other business documents Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper filing systems Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and maintaining personnel files Assist with employee record updates, HR documentation, and policy acknowledgments Help coordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks and onboarding logistics Collect, review, and organize employee timesheets for payroll processing Assist with payroll data entry and verify supporting documentation for accuracy Follow up with supervisors and employees on missing or incomplete timekeeping information Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion and professionalism What Were Looking For College degree preferred A recent graduate who has at least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience Prior experience supporting HR and/or payroll is strongly preferred Experience in a subcontractor, trades, or similar environment is a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information Why Join Us Be part of a growing company where your work has real impact Gain valuable experience across administration, HR, and payroll Work alongside a team that values reliability, initiative, and professionalism Join an environment where strong contributors are noticed and trusted Opportunity to build your skills and grow with the company Ready to Join Us?
