This role is essential for providing high-quality outpatient speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide general speech therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and therapy techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. Current California Speech-Language Pathology license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Information Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
