Communicate effectively with office staff on a weekly basis Must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff What You'll Do You'll help clients stay safe and comfortable at home based on an established Plan of Care. ADLs (care + support) may include: Hygiene support (toileting/bedpan assistance, bathing, oral care, skin/hair care) Mobility/ambulation support Dressing and grooming Feeding assistance Engagement/companionship (conversation, puzzles, card games) Meal prep per instructions Light homemaking may include: Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping Dishes Changing bed linens Laundry Bathroom cleaning What We're Looking For Strong communication + listening skills Dependable, professional, and safety-minded Valid driver's license and insured vehicle, or reliable transportation Able to communicate with office staff weekly Willing to follow company policies and direction Able to pass a background check and drug test Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Right at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
