Job Full Description We are seeking a Mechanical Technician / Mechanic for a manufacturing company in Leominster. This position will be responsible for both large machine assembly and sub-assemblies. Responsibilities: Assemble large and small machinery with precision fitments, ensuring high-quality builds. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, GD&T symbols, and tolerances to execute precise assembly. Modify parts as needed when machining adjustments are required. Operate milling machines and lathes to refine or adjust components for assembly. Safely move and position large machine parts Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following best practices for heavy machinery handling. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in mechanical assembly of large machinery. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers and management. Pay Range: $26-$36/hr (negotiable depending on experience) Schedule: Mon - Fri 7AM-3:30PM (optional overtime average 5-10 hours/week) Benefits: Competitive salary and commission structure.
