Forklift Operator

About the Role We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment and be committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or other equipment as needed) Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and storage racks Move, stack, and organize products and materials within the facility Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues Accurately follow pick tickets, production orders, or shipping/receiving documents Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards Assist with general warehouse duties as required Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience required Valid forklift certification (or ability to become certified before start date) Ability to lift up to [Insert weight-typically 40-50 lbs] Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic reading, writing, and math skills Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Preferred Skills (Optional - include if desired) Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems Experience in shipping/receiving Ability to operate multiple types of forklifts #IND53
