Day Caregiver - Memory Care

Description Hawthorne Gardens is a vibrant assisted living facility in the Belmont district. As our Caregiver/MedTech, you will assist residents with activities of daily living per their care plan and make their lives a little brighter. Shift(s) Available: Day (6am - 2pm) shifts available, part time, full time, and on-call positions open Responsibilities include Assisting residents with medications. Assisting residents with activities of daily living. Showering, hair brushing, teeth brushing, etc. Adhering to health and safety standards. Obtaining and recording resident weight, vitals, and other resident care needs as required. Assisting other departments such as life enrichment, housekeeping and dining service, as needed. (Experience based compensation) Caregiver $18 - $23 RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent and proven experience as a Caregiver. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Possess or ability to obtain all state required credentials and certification. Ability to move up to 25 lbs. and assist in transferring residents weighing more than 100 lbs. Current HCA, CNA, or equivalent credential preferred (not required).
