Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled operators to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Ideal candidates will have experience in machine operation, setting up machinery, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance. A comprehensive training program is provided on the 1st shift prior to transitioning to the assigned shift. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and career advancement within our organization. We are targeting someone that has solid troubleshooting experience. This role will pay $24.29 and after 90 days you will receive a pay increase.Responsibilities Operate machinery and conduct final inspections on products. Adjust machinery settings including heights, speeds, and feeds. Work from drawings and blueprints to guide operations. Gather raw materials prior to commencing job duties. Organize products into the correct areas for processing. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation or higher-level assembly. Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Ability to work from blueprints or drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a fabrication shop or automotive industry is beneficial. Familiarity with machine set up and quality checks.
