Accounts Payable Specialist A company in the Healthcare & Wellness space is seeking a detailoriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support their AP team during a surge in workload. This position is fully remote after completion of on-site training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can step in quickly, handle routine AP tasks with accuracy, and support the finance team with a variety of administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Enter invoices into the company's Accounts Payable platform with accuracy and attention to detail Record event revenue using platform-generated reports Contact vendors to request payment receipts for credit card reconciliation Import and organize receipts into the company's credit card management system Support the AP team with relevant tasks as needed Ideal Candidate Prior Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience preferred Strong data entry skills and accuracy Comfortable making professional phone calls to vendors Able to learn new accounting platforms quickly Organized, dependable, and available to start quickly EB-7289300286
