This role is crucial to maintaining inventory accuracy, timely production, and a safe working environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and organize materials. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory records. Assist in preparing materials for production and shipping. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications: Proven forklift operation experience (certification preferred). Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling best practices. Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Start at $20 per hour, with the potential to earn more based on your experience and skill level.
