Job Summary Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and team members Ensures the community is kept clean and odor-free, including resident rooms/apartments and common areas Provides housekeeping and laundry services for residents as assigned Stocks and maintains housekeeping carts/closets and ensures supplies are used and stored safely Reports broken equipment, maintenance needs, unsafe conditions, and resident feedback to the direct supervisor promptly Cleans assigned areas according to schedule and as requested, including (as applicable): dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, trash removal, and linen changes Follows infection control, safety, and chemical handling procedures (including PPE requirements as applicable) Performs additional duties as assigned Hours 8 am to 4 30 pm, one day during the week and weekends.   Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience preferred (senior living/hospitality a plus) Ability to use required equipment and tools, including vacuums, mops, brooms, dustpans, and cleaning chemicals/supplies safely Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions High School Diploma or GED preferred Benefit & Perks: Health insurance costing as little as $50/pay period Individual, Full Time Employees Benefits eligibility starting 1st of the month following hire date forFull Time Employees Robust benefit plan offerings including Medical (PPO and HAS Plans), Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, HSA, FSA, etc. Employer paid Short Term/ Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program 401(k) plan with employer match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Daily employee meal provided Employee referral bonus program  Longevity Senior Living is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
