Travel Nurse RN - Case Management - $2,406 per week

Home and facility visits required. Assessments required SOC, EOC, condition changes, medications, treatments, etc.  Must be compassionate, centered on providing comfort and pain relief in a way that affords the patient the utmost dignity. You will collaborate with team members to arrange for multidisciplinary care approaches to patients. (CareerNation has prior happy and satisfied clincians placed with them) This is a 4 week contract (may offer extensions) Start 3/30/26 - 4/26/26 Shift 8 hr days Weekly hours 40 Weekly Guaranteed hours:40 Schedule M - F 7a - 3p Pay Options: Mileage is paid on both options separately at $0.40/per mile Local Rate:  $40.00 - $50.00/hour DOE + mileage Travel Rate Total Gross Per Week (including stipends): $2386.00 + Mileage Hourly taxable rate: $29/hour Housing Stipend: $770/ week MI&E Stipend: $476/week Field only position, mileage reimbursed RN MUST have their own TABLET (smart phone does not work with their software)  Must have flexibility with the shift and schedule Candidates must have 2 yrs. experience in Hospice Care Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to/from patient homes and facilities.
