What You'll Be Doing As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of EMI and RF filter products. This isn't just "putting pieces together"-it's about ensuring quality and reliability for critical global industries. Key Responsibilities: Precision Assembly: Build electronic components and filter assemblies according to specific drawings and work instructions. Technical Skills: Perform wire harnessing, soldering, crimping, and mechanical assembly. Quality Standards: Adhere strictly to IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards. Documentation: Interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and maintain meticulous product traceability. Quality Control: Identify non-conforming materials and perform in-process inspections to ensure every unit is perfect. Best Practices: Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and maintain a clean, controlled environment. What You Bring to the TableRequired: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 1-3 years in electronic component assembly. Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings. Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or IPC/WHMA-A-620. Focus: Exceptional attention to detail and a "quality-first" mindset. Preferred (The "Cherry on Top"): Active IPC certifications (A-610 or 620).
