We're more than caregivers; we're change-makers in the healthcare community!Responsibilities:Ensure client safety and provide friendly companionshipHelp with personal care tasks like bathing and dressingAssist with household duties including laundry, light cleaning, and meal preparationDrive clients as needed for shopping, appointments, and errandsStay updated on caregiving skills by completing 12 hours of annual training through our Caregiver UniversityFollow care plan to assist clients with personal care needs (CNA/PCP/HHA)Support activities of daily living in a safe and helpful wayCommunicate effectively with clients, their families, and care teamWho You Are:Compassionate, reliable, and dedicatedAble to work independently and responsiblyObservant, able to identify and report changes in client conditionsCaregiver Qualifications:1+ year Caregiver experience in a home care or skilled facility settingAbility to pass background checksValid Driver’s License and reliable transportationValid CNA, PCP, or HHA certificationBilingual is a plus!Adherence to agency policies; does not administer medication or perform licensed nurse or therapist proceduresReady to make a difference?
