Be a part of our journey where every meal offers a chance to forge lasting connections. Your Key Responsibilities: Ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Thoroughly wash and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Safely and efficiently operate dishwashing equipment. Manage trash disposal in kitchen and dining areas effectively. Assist cooks with preparations and other support tasks, including making our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. Prioritize guest satisfaction and team collaboration in all actions. Diligently follow cleanliness and safety protocols. What You Need to Succeed: Must meet age requirements and have authorization to work. Culinary experience is a bonus! Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely. Willingness to stand and move for 8 to 12 hour shifts. A positive team player with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
