Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Company: Confidential (will be disclosed during phone screen) Location: Miramar, FL Employment Type: Full Time Compensation: $21 - $23 / hr. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p (No Weekends!) Benefits: 3 weeks PTO, free dental and vision, and medical coverage with the company paying 90% of the premium. Plus a 401(k) with 6% match and performance-based bonuses paid twice per year. Job Summary We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to be a critical part of our production and logistics team - ensuring the right materials get to the right place, on time, every time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders and packing lists Inspect deliveries for damage, shortages, or discrepancies, and escalate issues promptly Label, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations Prepare, pack, and process outgoing shipments per company procedures Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Transport raw materials and components to assembly and production areas Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with all safety policies Required Qualifications 2-5 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Forklift certification or hands-on equipment experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, packing slips, and inventory labels Basic computer proficiency with inventory tracking systems Solid organizational and time-management skills Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Effective communicator - both verbal and written Physical Qualifications Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Comfortable in a warehouse/light industrial environment Work Environment / Schedule On-the-floor warehouse setting Compensation and Benefits $21 - $23 / hr. 3 weeks PTO Medical coverage with the company paying 90% of the premium Free dental and vision Plus a 401(k) with 6% match Performance-based bonuses are paid twice per year EEO Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic under applicable federal, state, or local law.
